At Azuro Republic, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Azuro Republic box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
